Every brand sends a message. Your website says it, your content repeats it, and eventually the market starts saying something back. Reviews, search results, word of mouth, repeat customers: that's the echo. Most brands never measure it. They measure traffic, rankings, and clicks, and hope the message underneath is holding together.

Brand Echo measures the message itself. Enter your website, and we read your real public pages, then score what your message sounds like when it comes back to you.

The four lenses

One score can't describe a brand, so we use four, and each one answers a different question:

  • Fidelity asks: does your message come back the way you sent it? We read your own pages and score whether they tell one story or five. The full breakdown lives here.
  • Content Quality asks: is it worth echoing? Consistency means nothing if the content itself is forgettable. How we judge it.
  • Reach asks: how far does it travel? We read the open web, not your pages, and score whether the market can find you and describes you the way you would. What Reach reads.
  • Return asks: does it pay back? Demand, loyalty, and real customers. How Return works, including how it sharpens when you connect your own analytics.

Together they form the quadrant you see on your dashboard: is the message consistent, is it good, how far does it travel, does it pay back.

What makes it different

Three things, and we hold ourselves to all of them:

  1. We read your real content, not your opinion of it. No survey, no self-assessment. The scan reads up to 10 of your actual public pages.
  2. Every finding cites its source. A score without evidence is a guess. Each dimension note names the page or search result it came from.
  3. We never invent a number. When evidence is thin, we say the read is directional and flag it for your judgment. More on that promise.

Who it's for

Teams of 1 to 1,000. A solo consultant has a message that wanders. A 40-person marketing team has 40 people diluting one. The method scales; the delivery meets your size, from the self-serve scan to workshops and coaching.

Where to start

Run your first scan. It's free, takes a minute or two, and shows you all four lenses on your own brand.
