Terms of Service

The Human-Powered Brand reads the public pages of a website you submit, scores its Brand Echo, and generates prompts and guidance to help you improve it. It is a tool that equips you. It does not publish anything for you, and it is human-powered and AI-assisted by design.

You need an account to run scans. Keep your login details accurate and secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account.

• Only submit websites you own, are authorized to analyze, or that are already publicly available.
• Don’t use the service for anything illegal, or to harass, infringe, or harm others.
• Don’t resell, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or abuse the service or its providers.

• The Free plan includes a limited number of scans per month and the current-scan dashboard.
• Brand Echo Pro is $99 per month or $960 per year. Payments are handled by our provider (Stripe, through Clerk).
• Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, and you keep Pro through the period you already paid for.
• We don’t refund partial periods.
• We may change prices with reasonable notice. Changes never affect a period you’ve already paid for.

Scores, findings, and prompts are directional guidance produced with AI. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice. You review and decide what to publish, and you own the final call. We don’t guarantee any particular ranking, traffic, revenue, or outcome, and a low-confidence read is flagged as directional, not a verdict.

You keep all rights to your own brand content and to the prompts and outputs generated for you. We keep all rights to the service itself: the app, the scoring method, the design, and our anonymized, aggregated data used to improve it.

The service runs on providers including Clerk, Stripe, Supabase, Anthropic, Firecrawl, and Vercel. Your use of the service also relies on their availability and their terms. See our Privacy Policy for what data goes where.

We work hard to keep the service reliable and useful, but we provide it “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a specific purpose.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using the service and cancel anytime. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or the service is misused. If we end your access without cause, you won’t be charged for the period after that.

We may update these terms as the service grows. We’ll change the date above, and for material changes we’ll give clear notice. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
