The Pulse: track brands and get alerted

Put a brand on a schedule, and we re-scan it and email you when its Echo moves. Track up to five.

One scan is a snapshot. The Pulse is the movie. It re-scans the brands you care about on a schedule and emails you when something changes, so you find out your Echo moved without having to remember to look. It's part of Brand Echo Pro.

Track a brand

Every brand you've scanned shows up on your Pulse page. Hit the Track pill on a brand's card and pick a cadence: weekly or monthly. You can track up to five brands at once, your own plus the competitors you most want to watch.

What runs on schedule

On the cadence you chose, we re-scan the brand for you, headless, and save the result to its history. You don't have to do anything. Over time each brand builds a trend you can read at a glance from the sparkline on its card, and in full on its detail page.

The alert

When a tracked brand's Echo moves five points or more, up or down, we email you: what changed, the new score and band, and a link to the history behind it. Five points is the threshold because smaller wobble is usually noise; a five-point move is worth your attention.

Alerts fire on movement in either direction on purpose. A climb is proof your work landed. A drop is an early warning while it's still cheap to fix.

Reading the re-score

Open any brand's detail page to see the trend chart and the comparison since its last scan: which lens climbed, whether the leak closed, whether a band flipped. It's the same comparison you see after a manual re-scan, running automatically.

The five-brand cap

Five keeps the Pulse focused and the re-scans honest (each one is a real scan against your monthly allowance). Untrack a brand any time to free a slot. Want to compare a whole field at once instead of watching them over time? That's Benchmarks.

Run a scan to start a brand's history, then track it.
